Our rates include:

• Bedlinen* & towels, handsoap, toilet rolls, dishcloth/T-towel pack 
• Electricity (excludes heating period Oct - April)
• Changeover preparation / clean** 

*  Freshly-laundered pillow and mattress protectors are used at every changeover, matresses sanitised and pillows changed. 

** The cottage is fully prepared before arrival but we do ask guests to leave the cottage clean and tidy before leaving

Cancellation policy

Our weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

Winter heating supplement 

Central heating runs from (weeks commencing) 1st Jan 2024 to 27th April 2024 and from 5th October 2024 to 25th April 2025. During these periods electricity is charged (at cost) based on meter readings, less the £30 allowance for non-heating electricity usage.

Please note that if heating is required or used outside these weeks a supplement is payable. 

Short breaks

Short breaks of minimum 5 days @ 85% of the weekly rate may be possible in low season only (October - April) Please enquire. 

For Xmas and New Year bookings, start / finish days are flexible, please enquire.
